At MONARCH, we stand behind the quality of everything we craft. All our jewelry is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

• Broken items due to misuse or excessive force

• Tarnish caused by chemical exposure or improper storage

• Natural wear and tear over time

However, we understand things happen. If you believe your item may qualify for a repair, send it in for inspection. If the issue is fixable and the piece is in reasonable condition, we’ll do our best to help restore it.
